The San Diego operating area is bordered by Friars Road, Garnet Ave. and Beryl St. to the north; Talbot St., Harbor Drive and Imperial Ave. to the south; the Escondido Freeway to the east; and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Rentals can be started anywhere inside the operating area, and while you are welcome to leave the operating area for as long as you like, the car must be returned to the operating area before you can end your rental.
